Signals are located at your bedside and in lavatories, showers and tub rooms. Never hesitate to use the nurse call system for assistance.

When the siderails are up, have someone lower the railing before you attempt to get out of bed.

Use caution when getting in and out of bed. If you feel weak, do not attempt to get out of bed or go to the bathroom unassisted.

You will receive an identification bracelet to be worn at all times to guarantee that you receive correct treatment and medication, specific to your needs.

Routine fire drills are held at the hospital on all shifts on a regular basis to assure maximum training and efficiency in an emergency. Please do not be alarmed if you hear or see evidence of such a practice drill. Your primary safety is our concern.

Smoking is not allowed in the hospital.
