Hours: Monday–Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday – on call

Location: 120 Delaware Street, Sandusky, Michigan

Staff: 2 Full Time Employees; 3 Part Time Employees

If you have been a patient at McKenzie or have called or visited for any reason, the first person you talked to was probably someone in the Business Office. This department handles incoming calls, admits patients, gives out general information, completes billing and answers questions regarding billing.
