McKenzie Memorial Hospital takes great care to make sure our facilities are safe, attractive and comfortable for our patients and their visitors. The following departments all play an important role in the every day function and attractiveness of the hospital facilities:

Housekeeping

Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Staff: 9

Housekeeping is responsible for cleaning throughout the facilities including disinfecting, terminal cleaning, windows, patient rooms and care areas on a daily basis. They also keep the sparkle on the hard tiled floors and clean the carpets.

Maintenance

Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Staff: 4

This department is responsible for general maintenance to not only the hospital, but also 22 other out buildings, clinics, houses, and pharmacy.

Materials Management

Hours: 8:00 to 4:30 p.m.

Staff: 2

Materials Management is responsible for the procurement, processing and distribution of supplies, equipment and services through the various departments within McKenzie Memorial Hospital and its entities.
